I need experience

Hi, i been jobless/looking for months now.

i really want to work but no one wants to hire a LVN without experience.

Im starting to get discourage. BTW i live in southern california.

where should i apply and look for a job that will hire me w/out experience?

yes some hospitals are phasing out LVNs but i know of some people who are hired as LVNs because they were in pursue of their RNs and their jobs paid for their educations but the catch was they had to work for them for 2 years before using their RN for another job
