After I became licensed, I was diagnosed with schizophrenia. I have had psychiotic episodes which has caused me to lose work. I am happy today that I am taking Latuda and I have been working on a new home health case for two weeks now. I have noticed that if I don't get enough sleep that my depression can start but than again I have manic highs where in 7 days I probably sleep 28 hours so I don't know how that works. I am pretty happy now. What are ways I can keep my diagnoses under control and still work as a nurse in pediatric home health?
It is great that you are seeking advice. However, as above poster stated we can't provide medical advice - please consult with them with regards to your concerns. Best wishes
