I love this site! I am learning alot from other nurse's experiences. Its nice to have a place where I can learn not only from nurses in LTC but in other specialities also. I never know when something I've learned here will come in handy.

It also nice to know that other nurses have the same vents as I do. If someone outside of the profession heard these complaints they'd think we're a bunch of non caring folks. On the contrary, most people I have met in the medical field are very caring but we are after all human and things grate our last nerve

too.
