I went to a tech school for my lvn so I have no transferable credits

I'm in the same general area. Fort Worth, to be exact.
Anyhow, I attended an LVN program at a trade school, too. You are going to need to complete some prerequisite courses at a local community college before any of the local RN bridge programs will admit you.
The only way around this is to attend an RN bridge program at another trade school such as Dallas Nursing Institute or West Coast University. However, the tuition is extremely expensive and you may have issues transferring credits if you ever wanted to further your education.
