You seem dedicated to advancing your career in healthcare with an impressive number of career goals already reached. That's commendable!

Getting your LPN adds another layer to your clinical experience, but it's unnecessary for a career in Radiology career. Going straight into Radiologic Technology training is more efficient.

Steps to Enter Radiology

  • Look for accredited programs in Radiologic Technology, either an associate degree or a certificate.
  • Once you finish the program, you will need to pass the ARRT exam to become a certified radiologic technologist.
  • Consider specializations in Radiology. After completing the general training, you may want to specialize in areas like MRI, CT scans, or ultrasound, which could require additional training or certification.

In short, if Radiology is your end goal, I'd recommend going directly into that field instead of pursuing your LPN first.

Best wishes,
