should I Keep my Micro Text book?

Published

I am wondering if I should keep my micro text book or sell it online. Is is going to be worth the shelf space that it will be taking up? Will It ever get used again?

I keep all my books from every class Ive ever taken. Yeah they take up space but I use them sometimes.

I have not used my micro book at all since I started my nursing program. I keep it around for reference material for my kids. If my kids had no interest in it, then I'd either sell it or donate it.

I would sell it. Granted I never used my books the first go around, so for sure don't need it for safe keeping. But with the world of internet, I don't see any reason to keep any books after the class is done.

Lose it. I took micro a decade ago with my first degree, sold it back, and started the nursing degree last August. Haven't (and won't) draw on it at all. Even if you needed to know something there's the internet.

I found out that I have to take micro again because my grade is too old (and on the quarter system, I'm THAT old), so I'll have to buy another book. I'll keep this one. Having a reference library is a wonderful thing, and I've noticed that it's getting harder and harder to find decent sites to get info from. Too many peer sites and not enough peer-reviewed ones. Plus, more books!

ahhh....yuu dont neeed micro once u graduated or finished the nursing program...sell it quickly for top $

I bought my micro book used, and then sold it for $70 on ebay after the class... If I ever do feel a need to read it again,, i'll just buy an edition two or three years old for $5. Sell it while you can get good money for it.

I took micro last summer and sold it back to the bookstore after it was over. Never needed it for nursing school.

I have kept ALL my texts....because depending on far you go....you never know when you may need reference, clarification, or review of the "basics". Kept all my notes too!!

Get rid of it!! Nursing textbooks are worth keeping, but micro no way! As others have stated, the internet is always there if you ever need to look something from micro up.
