I just don't know what to do

I am in A&P II this semester and I am really struggling. I have taken two tests and I made a 71 on each. The last day to drop is June 28. That would be good if I had another test to add to it, but my teacher is going to be on vacation so another test will not be taken after that date. I have tried the tips on here about studying two hours, re-writing notes, and studying from quizlet, etc. but my teachers tests are so hard. I went in this morning thinking i knew this and I would make a great grade. Then when I got the test I was totally bummed. If I drop, I will have to wait a whole other year to apply for my college's nursing program since they only start in the fall, now fall 2014 hopeful. Any advice?

Thanks again everyone!! My dh talked me into staying in the class. He said what the worst thing that could happen, you fail. And I was like duh, yeah!! And he said just to stick it out and if I have to take it over at least I will be acclimated to the subject matter and maybe would do better next time. So that is what I am going to do. I have talked with other students in class and got tips on how they study so I am going to try their tactics and hope and pray they help me.
