Warning this is more of a vent than anything else!!!! So my plan is to apply for the California pre-licensure program at WGU this summer I've been finishing up all my prereqs have a's doing great well I bombed my micro final this morning and ended up with an 87% as my overall grade. And I know normally that would be a great grade but I don't think it is for California Now I'm scared I won't be competitive enough for the program.
OK vent over, I think lol, thanks for listening I think you guys are the only ones that might possibly understand! Lol

87% is still not so bad, see if you can show them that you are a full rounded applicant and that grades are part of that
Thank you for positive thinking bsnprg!!!!
Well just talk to my advisor and she said that I should not be worried as long as I keep all A's and sciences besides that one I will still have a 3.6 and with healthcare background and a strong Teas score I don't have to worry as much

...I have a 3.0 GPA in my sciences and about a 3.6 overall. 85 on my TEAS and EMT experience and was accepted. You should be more than competitive.
Many students I met during and prior to nursing school had retaken microbiology some times even in small community colleges just to get that decent grade.
It definitely was a life changing experience for me; eventhough, I had to retake it
' I absolutely love microbiology'
