Mimi I am in the prelicensure program in CA. Currently in term 2 (5 total). What would you like to know?

Missfuture. I started in May- I think I received notification some time in late march? It was my second time applying. I didn't get in the first time.

Hello! Yes the program is going well. Got the official acceptance into the program after the first 'preterm'. I have my first lab of this term on nov29 and two more lab days in dec. I start hospital clinicals in Jan! Boot camp was not bad at all. They go over all the skills -and you are only tested on 3. We worked as a group in boot camp but on test day we were paired. Each person is scored on their own.

I passed! No we are only tested on 3 skills. The instructor narrowed down which ones we will need to prepare to be tested on

Yes it's not hard. I just need to practice performing the skills and make sure I'm ready for the test next week

So I completed day 1 of labs in Santa Ana. It was good to meet other students in person.

Thanks Alicia for the info. I am in the pre-nursing term right now in ca. My worry is being accepted into the program. I hate that after all this work there is still a chance I may not be accepted into the program. My mentor told me not to worry about it but I'll see after October

Yes it's dry lol. I got thru the second block then just watched the videos. Well the email I received said I have to have everything completed by September 15th.

I'm not sure which hospital I will be assigned to yet. I have lab August 9 and 10. I have 2 classes left. Intro and statistics.

Passed nutrition! I took the practice last night and the OA today. Have you enrolled with complio yet? There is a lot to submit by September

Oh I see. Well after the videos I'm sure you won't have any trouble passing the OA. I'm just working my way through the COS then I will take the practice

Excellent! Congrats! Yea I had some issues with the cam also but they got it working. So far I've only watched the first video for nutrition. I didn't get much done this weekend like I planned. How did you do on the practice for this one?
