I got the job in the ER! Need advice on transitioning from Medsurg.

Hey everyone! I posted a while back about how I was tired with medsurg and with your encouragement I applied to ER and got the job. I shadowed and loved it. If you have any advice on how to transition from med-surg or any other tips I may need please tell me your thoughts. I will be going through ACLS classes in April.
