Hey Blessed2009. Can you tell me what your entrance exam score was? I'm just trying to get an idea on retaking the test or not! Thanks!

I scored a 94 on the entrance exam. If you decide to retake it, do all the practice tests in the study guide, that helped me.

Do you have any idea which books they use?

I wish I knew because I would like to start getting them. I know it is still really early though. I am so excited about October, but I really need to be concentrating on the rest of this quarter and summer too! I still have two classes to take during the summer. It is hard to focus on anything else when all I can think about is the RN program. :nurse:

I made a 91 but from what - understand that is a borderline score. I haven't had any sciences so I'm hoping that will help.

Hey KC, I scored a 92 on the NLN. It really depends on what your competition is scoring (which no one has a way of really knowing for sure). If you have a great GPA and a good interview, I think you would be fine with a 91 score. You've got plenty of time to try it again though, and you can turn in your best score.

I did, I have Mrs. Kakucka (I know that the spelling isnt right). She helps you out and gives you bonus points for the exams.

Also, I went and talked to Mrs. Morris and she said that she would be sending out another set up paperwork to help us through the process of getting ready. I am really excited too and these next 5 months are gonna go by so slow. I wish we could start in the summer.

I made an A in Anatomy. It took a lot of hard work, I studied atleast an hour a night. Good Luck with your classes!

Have you taken Microbiology yet? You will need that before you can start the program in the fall. Aside from ENG, ALG, A&P I, A&P II, PSYC I, you will also need Microbiology (must be completed before the fall), SCT 100, Speech, ENG II (or humanities, history, music, or art), Sociology, and your second Psychology which is Human Development.

I have done all of those classes. I guess I will have the summer to relax and prepare for October. I have been reading on here that most students get PDA's for clinicals? Are those necessary?
