I am having full on hot flashes @ 32!!??

Does anyone have any good explanations as to why I am having hot flashes? I am 32 years old, and they are happening pretty regularly. I don't have any children, and have always had weird cycles. It's the strangest feeling to me b/c I am one of those girls that is ALWAYS cold, and approx. 4 or 5 times a day I get hot from the inside. My neck gets clammy and everything. I usually wake up once every night b/c of them and take off whatever clothing I have on. Anyone? Hormones out of whack? Thanks, Lily

This is definitely a matter for you and your healthcare provider to discuss.
