Aloha Nurses,
I am a graduate from the Philippines and I am applying for a nursing license in Hawaii.
I found their official form on Hawaii Gov and I have a few questions on filling out the form:
1. It says Phone (Days)
- What does "days" mean in the form? How did you fill it out?
2. There is also a question that says:
"Have you ever held this type of nursing license in Hawaii?"
- I only have the Philippines license. Do I answer this with a YES or NO?
Thanks for all your help.
Mahalo,
Ivy

Do you have your SSN? Did you have your credentials verified, that is where i would start.

They want your daytime phone number because they aren't going to contact you in the middle of the night. You have never held a nursing license for the state of Hawaii so the answer to that question is "no".
Thank you. I don't have my SSN number yet but they say I can still take the NCLEX but they won't issue my license yet.
I already submitted my requirements to CGFNs for CES.
Thanks
Thank you so much.
