I find it hard to study & work at the same time

So, I have been working for 3 years now a RN here in the Philippines and I still find myself procrastinating A LOT!!

There are quite a few issues that I'm still working out. One of which is finding time to study (for IELTS). You see, I can't seem to find time to study hard for the IELTS exam because if I'm not busy in the hospital, I'm busy at home doing household chores, or I'm just too tired to even move and just prefer sleeping or just getting some rest.

I am so jealous of my co-workers who can manage their time well. They were able to find time to study and to work at the same time.

I need your help.

I need to know how to manage my time REALLY WELL so that I can take the IELTS STAT... I'm getting depressed of my situation because I feel like I'm such a loser..

HELP!!!!
