I failed the Teas for the 2nd time,

I have failed the Teas twice, once i didnt study, and the second time i studied but obviously not hard enough. I am considering not even bothering again, i feel like an idiot. I really dont know the best way to study for this test, i have the ati book but it didnt help much. I used quizlet and that was apparently not the answer. I studied hard with quizlet for two weeks and bombed. Im looking for some really good advice on how to kick this tests butt. I have been a PCT for two years and i love it but i really wanted to expand my profession so i can help more people. Any suggestions?

I took my TEAS 3 times. The first time I did not study. The second time I kind of studied. The third time I studied hard except the Science section since the school I applied to does not look at science. Anyone who needs help win Math, search on YouTube for Keshwani math teas and watch the videos they are so helpful! He does the math problems from the ATI book page by page. I wanted to give up and quit but I didn't. Then I got accepted to 3 nursing programs. Don't quit!

I want to tell you not to give up. But the truth is, it just gets harder! So my question to you is: Have you taken the pre-requisite courses that the test assesses? I think you should have the background before attempting to take the TEAS. I didn't have A&P before taking the test and got a 50% on body science, but I scored in the 98% percentile overall because I had taken other classes (Biology, Chemistry, English, Psychology). I'll tell you one thing though, nursing school gets hard and really complicated. It takes a lot of critical thinking and builds on previously learned knowledge, retention is key. If this isn't how your brain operates, you may have a really difficult time navigating through the program. Good Luck, pal! I wish you the best.
