That's great! So you went on to finish? I'm in the process of studying again now...I'm using some of study guide 101 and some YouTube videos..the lady is reviewing the book that's required to read...question..when you bought the test a second time were you able to purchase the practice test again? Did you use YW practice tests at all?
When I returned, I had my RN license in 10 months. I purchased the practice exams for the first time during my second attempt at A&P. During my enrollment period, I didn't fail anything; so I never had the need to purchase the practice exams for a second time.
But I did hear that you'd only have excess to your previous practice exam once you re-registered for the real exam. Even if you passed, but wanted to try for a higher grade, you'd still have the same practice exam. This is nothing new. So, if your old practice exam is available, review it, paying particular attention to the rationales on correct and incorrect answers.
I dont know what YW practice tests are. So I have to say no, I've not used them. What I did use to complete general education requirements during my BSN pursuit was instantcert.com. They may have some helpful review materials for you as well.
But keep in mind the fact that if you fail an exam without using the recommended textbooks, you won't be able to challenge your grade.
I would recommend taking a look at Study.com. The basic unlimited course package is about $40 per month (I wouldn't bother with paying extra for quizzes and you don't need their ACE credit package) and they have study courses specifically for UEXCEL exams, including both the A&P. I haven't used them for A&P but have studied and passed other UEXCEL and TECEP exams using them. UExcel Anatomy and Physiology I: Study Guide & Test Prep Course - Online Video Lessons | Study.com

Hi guys! So a couple months back I took that A&P 1 exam and failed it! I took the test very hastily after not studying much...I was trying to make the deadline. So I've been studying for a couple months, but now I'm afraid to take it again! I bought the practice test before so I can't buy it again. I have no way of testing my knowledge so I'm so afraid to fail again...I'll have to wait 90 days to retake it if I do! But I also want to start moving forward with the nursing courses ugh! Any advice? Or resources? Thanks in advance!
