I failed the AANP FNP test today, again....I need help!

Published

I have been working as a bedside RN for 8 years. I graduated and finished my FNP program one year ago. Within this past year, I took total 4 FNP exams, and I failed every one of them. Two from ANCC, two from AANP, including the AANP FNP exam I took today. I am so tired and sick. I studied, harder than as I was preparing my RN license exam. I passed with high score of my RN license. I studied harder and I did not give up, and I kept trying. Today I failed again, and seriously, it is getting to a point that I either give up or to try again. I studied Fitzgerald, I went to Berkley review course which is not very helpful, I think, I went to AANP FNP.com, I even bought AANP FNP and AANP ANP practice exam from official websites. I improve my score one test after another. But come on, why didnt I pass today? I am so frustrated and I need help from your past experience.

A friend of mine failed and did the Hollier course, then passed: APEA - Advanced Practice Education Associates Live Course Review

Have you spoken with your school about resources or study issues or test strategies? I am afraid if you take it again without changing your approach you might just get the same outcome, and I get the feeling that you think so too. How have you done on practice exams?
