Every school is different. you will have to talk to a counselor at your school.
I was in a similar situation because when i first started college i changed my major quite a few times and dropped probably 4 or 5 classes, and even just stopped attending some. Luckily none of these were nursing pre-reqs for me. But i did need to retake the 2 classes I failed so that the F's werent on my transcript. I fortunately didn't have any problems getting accepted into more than 1 nursing school.
My advice is definitely talk to a counselor....and also, see if there are any other nursing schools in your area, that have a different admission policy.
Best to ask now so you don't operate with misinformation. Most schools do consider a W, no matter what the reason, as your first take. You will probably find yourself in the position of having to apply at different programs than your present one. But see an advisor and get the straight story.

I know this a lot of withdrawals, but i have 4 total. The nursing school I plan on attending says that you must not have retaken 2 of your pre-requisite courses.
If i take those classes that i withdrew from again, is that considered a retake? I assume so, because a W is technically a grade, correct?
