I have MA RN license(temporary license because I don't have SSN) and three year working experience in Taiwan. I don't have my visa screen ready.
Dose this mean I can start working at MA?
Somebody say yes, somebody say no..
Retrogression is still going on...no visas available...
I heard someone got their visa and job. I wonder how?

No you can not start work, just because you have a license does not mean you can work. You must have a valid work permit and you also need a VSC. Currently retrogression is in progress and unless you have I140 approval and DS230 completed with NVC you will not get a visa. Are you still in Taiwan? If you are you have a long queue ahead of you. Even if you are in the US you can not adjust your status at the moment unless you meet the criteria for filing. I would suggest having a good read on here

Licensure and immigration are two completely different things. A license alone will not give you permission to work in the US. You need to have an employer and go thru the immigration process from start to finish before you can work here. And you must have a Visa Screen Certificate and have passed the required English exams to be able to get a green card.
Currently, there are no visas available. And as Anna mentioned above, please take sometime to read some of the threads here about requirements for working in the US, as well as the retrogression.
