:rolleyes:I do by,here by,admit that I have become a sucker.For years I have worked for this facility that is run by a bunch of dumb butts lol.Anyway,I used to crank about and speak my peice.Now recently,all my "bosses"all lpns,like myself,are all oh 15 years younger and fresh.I dont really have a problem with the age,if they would just do something.These girls walk around and bark orders and never lend a hand.They make terrible mistakes too.Well,I dont know what is wrong with me.I just guess I have gave in.All I can do is smile and nod,and go about my day.This is not what I did a few years ago.I would have and did speak up then,I guess I have finally learned that doing that usually gets you no where.Thanks for listening!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Boy DO i KNOW the FEELING.. The nursing home I worked for closed and before it did I got out of there. It was an endless stream of new LPN'S with the it's a job crap that sent me over the edge. What ever happened to kind, compasionate,and respect. The mistakes and med errors where so bad and my B/P went off the charts.. I had to give up that job for my health. Thank GOD the place shut down. My faith has been rattled and I 'am not going to give in the next time. Please to anyone that wants to or is a nurse because of the money "get out " we need people with big HEARTS not wallets!!
