Hurst Q-Review vs NCLEX-RN

Published

How do you guys feel about the Hurst Q-Review compared to the real NCLEX examination?

People whom have taken Kaplan Qtrainers and Kaplan Qbank mention how most of the time Kaplan questions were more difficult than NCLEX, while others say Saunders were much easier. Where would you place Hurst Q-Review compared to the NCLEX? How about ATI Questions?

Thanks in advance,

Eddie

My friend didn't score higher than a 70% on any of her Q-Reviews and she passed the NCLEX with 75 questions. I can't give any personal experience because I don't take my NCLEX until Thursday, but my guess would be that if you are scoring in the 60's-70's, you're probably doing well.

Thanks Racer! Are you using HURST?

Yes, I did the Hurst review as well. I'm about studied out though, I'm reviewing some stuff tonight from my HESI review book and then I'm going to try and sleep, lol. Don't know how well that will go, but at least this will be over with in less than 24 hours!

You will do great! I will pray for you tonight and please let me know how it went!!

You got this!!!

Well, I got cut off at 75 questions, so I either did really well, or really terrible, lol. As far as the test itself...a whole lot of SATA. I think Hurst did help some, I had several psych questions and just from that review I remembered what I needed to know. It was not a whole lot like the Q-Review but doing those questions sure didn't hurt anything either.

I am sure you passed! Congrats on being done with it! Send me an email to [email protected] =)
