Well, now that you have those 15 posts, CeeS... To send a PM you click on the user name at the top left corner of a post, which will take you to a screen that says, "ABOUT CeeS" (as an example) and about halfway down the screen on the left you'll now see a green button that says "Send PM". Click on that button and carry on from there. You can send a single PM to multiple members by adding their user names to the address bar. This option provides a blind carbon copy so none of the recipients know there were more than one. Please use this feature judiciously because if you start "bothering" people by PM, they'll report you. Make sure it's worth it! Also, everyone should be aware, as stated in the Terms of Service, admins DO have access to your PMs and if necessary we will delete them and/or assign points if they're inappropriate.

In case you're unfamiliar with points, we have a control mechanism for people who just can't play by the rules. Varying numbers of "points" are assigned to certain infractions, like blatant recruiting, insulting other members, arguing with admin and so on, which also have varying durations of effect. Let's say you called another member a nasty name... for the 5th time. You'd be issued with an infraction notice for insulting other members, and the first time it happened you'd just get a warning. By the 5th time, we'd be starting to get a little peeved and you'd get 20 points that would last for 60 days. If you kept doing the same thing after being warned, then you'd get more points added on. If you got to 100 before the first ones expired, then we'd close your account. Trolling is good for 30 points and a longer duration, while blatant spamming would result in an instantaneous 100 points and a ban from the site. It's to bad we have to have such rules, but we really want this to be a civil, courteous place to share information. Since almost all the readers of this thread are just starting on the road to a nursing career, this is a good time to make sure people remember that we do have rules and that being here is something to be adult about. I want to wish all of you the very best experiences in school, a PASS on the NCLEX (you'll all be writing that because you're all graduating after the end of this year!) and a mush more liberal job market than we're seeing right now! GO!
