Humber College - BN Sept 2020

Hi!

I'll be starting my first year at Humber College in Sept 2020 in the BN program.

It would be awesome to get to know other students in the program!

If you're not starting this year, but have any advice to offer about the program, please feel free to share:)

I'm looking to bridge but I'm having a dilemma as to which program to actually go to GBC or Humber. Hoping to hear from graduates from either of these bridging programs.

OK I don’t know anyone that has been through the bridge program but at the end of the day it doesn’t matter which school you get your nursing degree from when you are applying for a job.

Research both schools and see how much clinical hours you will be exposed to and the type of clinical settings and courses etc. ....check IG students are often positing their “life as a nursing student” you will find students from the GTA who are probably in the program.

I didn't mean that one was better than the other. I genuinely wanted a graduate's impression on the program-if they could would they do it again sorta thing. This is an investment for me and I want to make sure I'm doing it right the first time.

I've done research but of course all of the school's website is biased, and trust I'm not finished making my way around the internet to finding "dirt" on these schools and seeing which would be the best fit for me. That's true I didn't think to check ig, thanks.
