Humanities class at EC?

Looks like I need a humanities class and I'm not really excited about it:p . Anyone done any of the Excelcior classes that fit the bill? None are really grabbing me.:zzzzz

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but EC requires you to be an LPN in order to enroll in Florida, but you can sit for the Boards. When in doubt, check with your state's BON.

Yes, you certainly DO get EC humaniuties credit for foreign language(s).

I got a whopping 12 credits for College Level German .

EC has the same requirements no matter where you live. LPN is only one opiton. There are others. Get their Cataloge.

Just because you live it a certain state there is nothing that says you are or must take the NCLEX in that state or work in that state. EC recognizes this as does every BON.

As far as FL. The only one that can give you the definitive answer on that is the FL BON. So check with them to see if they accpet EC and what Flordia's (not EC's) course requirements for licensing are.

It is up to the individual school as to how much credit they will grant for any test out exam, such as CLEP etc. Excelsior is generally very good about granting the maximum credit recomened for a given exam.
