HRSA Nursing Scholarship

Hi, I applied to the HRSA Nursing Scholarship and was wondering if anyone here has received this scholarship. I tried calling today to see if I could find out early to see if I got it but they are saying that you have to wait until Sept. 30. Has anyone had any luck to see if they won it earlier than Sept.

I would also be interested to talk to anyone who has received this scholarship.

Having the same problem as you- haven't heard back from them after a few emails sent. I keep getting a reply that says they are out of the office and will return by blah blah blah date (which was a few weeks ago, BTW). Good luck to you!

Is it true that unless your EFC is around 0 your out of luck?:)

As far as I know it is really competitive and you need to have an EFC of 0. I guess this is one time it really is helpful to be poor.

I applied for that scholarship also but I didn't know you could call to find out the status. Can someone please give me the number.

I knew it was competitive, but I didn't know you had to have an EFC of 0. Well, that leaves me out...lol. Good luck to the rest of you that applied- I hope you get it! I did get a renewal for my BON scholarship, so I'm still somewhat covered.

P.S. I lost the ph # for them- I hope someone else can find it.
