2012-2013 HRSA Nursing Scholarship Application

The application process hasn't even started yet but I didn't even find out about last year's scholarship until a couple days before the deadline. I did get my application in on time but was not fortunate enough to be a recipient. I intend to apply again for the upcoming scholarship. Any tips from those that were accepted? My EFC is 0, I'm in an undergraduate program, and my GPA is 3.4.

That's what I thought!!! I did not think that my scholarship guy gave me the right information.

I found this website and it tells you how much money is award to that state in each area. You can see where you school falls in the funding catergory!!! HRSA in Your State

You are going to drive yourself crazy if you think about this scholarship or check the portal frequently. lol. I learned from the previous cycle to just put it aside and not think about it until August.

I agree, I applied last year and was thinking about it all the time. I did not recieve it and was a little upset. This fall I'm going into my last year, and if I get it great. If not, oh well.
