I received my COI 8/21 and submitted it the same day

Has anyone heard that payment have been paused starting 9/30. and they are not sure when they will be sending them out someone stated they recieved an email, from there analysist. I have not recieved this. and the phone line states they know nothing about the funding being paused. image.thumb.png.025439953d235573e6820c8dade208b3.png

Did you just contact your analyst? They can clear this up for you.

I have tried to my analysit does not reponse to any of my inquiries. I did email her as well but she is on vacation. I also emailed the other anaylist she had listed to reach out to while she is out of office, but there has been no reply from them either. I just want to know if its real or not because I need to figure something else out in the mean time.
