HRSA Nurse Corps Loan Repayment 2022

Published

Hi everyone. Just starting this since I didn't see a thread for this application cycle. I received the NCLRP in 2009 and this is the 3rd time applying in the last 5 years.

NP with DTI ~150% and HPSA 17

I see my counter signature was signed last Friday. Still no email yet. I tried to call and the person I spoke to said I had to wait for an email. Even with the counter signature, if I had no email I would not get the award. Anyone who called about their counter signature, what number did you call? Any advise would be much appreciated. Thanks!

@sdm1 I got my countersignature on the 15th and I still have not received an email. I called this morning and the woman on the phone this morning told me that if I got a counter signature then I got the award and then it just takes a few days for them to get the paperwork together. But I’ve also heard other things were other agents have told people that that doesn’t mean anything

Thank you for the info! Getting such different information from everyone I speak to at HRSA and it’s getting close to September 30th. Just so nervous, guess I just have to wait and see. Trying to practice patience.

Keep us updated on here. I got my first payment last week and just made my payment this morning. There is hope! Crossing my fingers for you!

I received an email today telling me it was time to fill out the in service verification form. However, I can’t find the form on their website. It wasn’t attached to the message they sent either. Under documents I only see Privacy act forms. Anyone know where to find it?
Thanks!

I received my welcome email!! For those that did, can you tell me where you find the exact loan amount you are awarded? Thank you so much!

Got my welcome email and now am a participant. Good luck everyone! And congrats to everyone who was awarded.

Hi everyone,

Has anyone received rejections yet?  I am just wondering if they are waiting until Friday to do that. I have been waiting for a signature for over 2 months. I was so excited when I became a finalist but now I pretty much lost hope.

Not yet.  Last year it came the day before for me

Oh really ! You were a finalist and received a rejection the day before the deadline! That’s so disappointing.  A finalist should be guaranteed to receive an award in my opinion, just waiting on final paperwork. Why would they make someone a finalist in the first place if they are not planning to award the funds.

No I wasn't a finalist.  The email I received said there was no more funding and to apply again next year.  If you are a finalist you should get some paperwork. I would call them to find out what is going on

I received my awards notification last month and the check-in verification request last week. Now, I am just waiting on my award...based on the timeline I should receive my award towards the end of the month or the first week of next month.
