I'm curious about your weather so far this winter. We plan on moving there in a few years. Our news weatherman never really mentions Idaho, all I see are clouds but no mention of temps, etc.
Are you already in coats and gloves? Any snow?
Do you ever have a "white Christmas"?
Kids are dying for some snow and my dh has never had a white Christmas. He's from California.
I'm from Colorado and I miss the chance of the white Christmas, but don't miss the major snowfall.
Thanks
Lisa

Here is my opinion. Southern Idaho offers the best of the four seasons. We do risk having a white Christmas, but not always. Our spring is short and to the point and offers a wonderful sight of the falls on the Snake River. Summer is warm to hot during the day with cooling at night. Lots of crops ya know! And then at last fall... you may trick or treat in snow too. Best part is the snow never gets to deep in southern idaho and does melt off usually...transient i suppose over the winter months. Perfect place to enjoy all the seasons (hope this helps)
