How's the exam like in CAPITOL medical center???

Hi guys! I'm scheduled for an exam at CMC this Monday. I passed my resume around November 2009! To those already working at CMC, how's the hiring process? I understand there's a 1-month training. What are the odds that i get hired after the training? And how long is the waiting period? Cause I'm already working as a regular staff nurse but in a smaller hospital. This decision is really hard for me. I would really appreciate your replies. Big thanks in advance.

I think the next training would be on August......just pass ur resume there and other requirments. But you need to have a board rating above 80% and came from top ten colleges or universities.

i see on their bulletin where the requirements posted is their used to accept 78 above.

Do they have a pay training program? Coz I applied in CMC last month (January,2014) they haven't inform us about that, we just passed the requirement needed posted in the bulletin board outside the HR.
