How are YOUR new residents?

I am so excited this summer. I have met all the new residents and seen the changes in the ones that have gone from 1st to 2nd year. Also, we get to see some of our 4th years that have been in surgical rotations.

Last year at this time was a little so-so. Very excited for this year!

Things may change, but a good vibe so far.
