As a new hire and graduate nurse you have a question, would you ask the seasoned LPN or the newer RN?
What would be the most appropriate answer or best answer to you employer? What about legally?
Please feel free to add any others brain busters that employers have put you on the spot light with and how you answered them!

It would completely depend on the question. If it was a facility- or unit-specific question, definitely the seasoned LPN. If it's a question about something that an LPN is legally allowed to do as part of their scope of practice, of course I would ask them.
