Transferring your RN license from Ontario to Manitoba involves a few steps, but you likely won't need to redo everything from scratch. Here's a general outline of what to expect:

Apply for Registration in Manitoba: Start by applying for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM).

Verification of Registration: You'll need to provide verification of your current registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO). This usually involves a form or online verification process.

If Manitoba requires a jurisprudence exam specific to their province, you may need to take it. However, check with the CRNM, as some provinces have agreements that recognize each other's jurisprudence exams.

You'll likely need to provide evidence of your nursing practice. This includes proof of your work experience and hours worked as an RN.

If you've already submitted your IELTS or another language proficiency test for Ontario registration and it meets Manitoba's requirements, you may not need to submit it again. Confirm with the CRNM if they will accept your previous test scores.

Be prepared to pay any applicable fees for the application and registration process in Manitoba.

For the most accurate and detailed information, contact the CRNM directly or visit their official website to review the specific requirements and processes for transferring your RN license from Ontario to Manitoba.

Best wishes,
