I Am Still Wondering How To Make It Through The Nclex Exam. I Think It Was A Good Idea Someone Did Actually Tried To Take The Test Without Studying. Please Help.

Just PRAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God will guide you through out your NCLEX exam and if he sees you as a long-run successful nurse for the future, then he will deff. be by ur side.

Study and really reveiw your basic facts.Know your labs and what they mean for your patient and the care you will provide. Know the signs and symptoms of major disease processes and their pathophysiology. Know what you will teach your patient regarding their disease and/or outcomes. Go over your meds and know your major med classes ( know very well at least 5 meds from each class ). Read the Random Facts Thread, Infection Control Thread and Obscure Diseases Threads. And I would absolutely give consideration to Suzanne's Plan. The biggest help is prayer.:loveya: This list is not all inclusive. Just wanted to give a basic of what you should know for NCLEX. Questions will be very random. NCLEX can and will ask you anything related to what you should know from nursing school.GOOD LUCK!!!!
