How do i study for the nursing process

Hello, I was wondering if anyone had studying tips for the Nursing Process for care plans. I have heard this particular test is really hard. If anyone could give me some studying tips or what I should focus on when studying that would be great!! thank you

Suggest you get the NANDA-I 2015-2017 (amazon) and read the beginning section for students. I guarantee this will give you a leg up on all your classmates (and probably some of your faculty) on this absolutely vital subject. The nursing process is what we are and do. good luck!

You must imprint ADPIE in your brain, because I am guessing many of your questions will give you a patient scenario and ask your next step. A for assessment is always first, then decision or diagnosis, plan, implement and evaluate.
