Hello, I was wondering if anyone had studying tips for the Nursing Process for care plans. I have heard this particular test is really hard. If anyone could give me some studying tips or what I should focus on when studying that would be great!! thank you

I guarantee this will give you a leg up on all your classmates (and probably some of your faculty) on this absolutely vital subject. The nursing process is what we are and do. good luck!

A for assessment is always first, then decision or diagnosis, plan, implement and evaluate.
