How soon will I get my ATT?

I took NCLEX yesterday at 12noon and tried PVT trick an hour after my exam and got a bad pop up. I'm sad and frustrated but I have to accept the fact that  I failed for sure. I decided to pay $200 right away so I can take again in 45 days but haven't got att in my email. How long will it take usually for this kind of situation? I'm in California. TIA
