How soon to apply to NP school if working on BSN?

I will be done with my online RN-BSN in April/May 2008. Many of the online NP programs have deadlines in Feb, March, and May. I want to apply to the programs in Nov/Dec 07. Do you think that would be too early or late?

Depends on the admission requirements. My school required me to have already taken the GRE before applying.... took a while to study for that one.... Also most programs require a few years of RN experience before accepting you into a program. If that's not the case with the school you have in mind, I'd contact the school's recruiter/advisor and ask when the best time is to apply.. Best of Luck!

Thanks for the reply. I will have 2yrs of experience by the time I get into the program. Which program are you in and is it online?
