How to do you run your clinic?

I am currently a sub and I did Apply for a job awaiting to hear back I'm not too hopeful. But just curious to know how do you run your clinic? 1.) Do you uses passes with listed reasons for the teacher to fill out? 2.) Do you have a sign in sheet the student fills out with symptoms? 3.) Do you use a number system? 4.) Do you allow students to grab their own ice and own bandaid or do you do it for them? Just curious to know how you run your clinic and What works best.

Why would parents be notified before the student even got to your office...oh, wait, because some teachers are nurses, right?

I would never put that on a pass because I don't want to be an option :).

I have kids as young as 9 with phones TEXTING their parents to pick them up.
