How to obtain passletter from NCLEX

I am a nurse working in UAE passed Nclex exam in 2006 (State of Vermont) and my license was active till march 2015 . however because of not having SSN I am not able to renew the license.More over I do not have a copy of Nclex certificate which was handling my agency . currently the agency stopped their operations .

I have approached other agency who is doing the foreign nurses recruitment but they are requesting me the pass letter and copy of nclex certificate

I am very nervous about the situation which I am facing . Meantime I was trying to do my Canadian assessment as CRN (NNAS)but they were also requested the proof of nclex pass .

Hence I dont know how I can resolve these issues If any body knows please help me

If you were licensed in VT- you should be able to get a copy from the Board of Nursing there.
