How much is hurst review for pn? What is the cost?

I want to take hurst review for pn exam and would like to know that how much it costs and how helpful is it? And also is online review better or live one?

oh, and I like the online lectures. I watch them at my own pace. And if I missed something, I can always stop the lecture and replay what I've missed.

If I'm not mistaken...The Hurst courses are designed for BOTH LPN and RN's. In other words there are NO separate classes.
