How much debt has anyone gone into with nursing school in NY?

Well, no one has replied, so I will, even though I'm not in NY, since Ca is also a pretty expensive state.

I have about $20,000 in student loans, and zero regrets. Fortunately, I'm a veteran, and I qualify for a program that pays my tuition and school-associated expenses, and pays me a small stipend. It's not enough to feed my family, so I've needed the loans. But regrets, I have none, and I'm absolutely thrilled to be graduating in May. I also have no regrets about my program, because while it has its faults, it has been, overall, a good experience, and I am really excited to get into nursing.

I too am about $20-30k in debt, as nursing school has been pricey and our general college tuition rises every semester (sigh) but no I don't regret going through the program I'm going through. I think once it's all over in a few months for me, the debt and stress will be worth it. Sure nursing school has it's politics, and not everyone likes it, but in general? No regrets at all :)
