How many times can we (PN's) take the NCLEX.

One of my friends was telling me the other day that in the future (not sure when) that PN's will only be allowed to take the NCLEX 3 times and then after the the third time you will have to start all over. IS that true do anyone know?

I should image it will be up to the BON, I doubt they will make you do it all again but sit some sort of classes. This already occurs I know for some states for RN's
