How many times you can give NCLEX?

Depends on the state where you are getting licensed. Time varies between 45 to 90 days.........some states have limits of three times per year, and others are four times per year...............

In my state, you have to wait 91 days between testing attempts. You can take it as many times as needed in the 2 years since your graduation, but then must take some sort of refresher.
