How many times does BON update?

Published

Does anyone know if BON updates only once a day? I see that it updates by the next morning with yesterday's date every day, just not sure if it updates with names throughout the day or just once. Thanks for your feedback!:redpinkhe

depends on BON. Some will do it daily whilst others vary

I'm pretty sure california BRN is just once a day...I think it's early in the morning like 2-4 am or something like that. I've been waiting for a week and it's no fun at all...it took one of my classmates 3 weeks to find out that she passed. If your file is not complete they won't release the results...for me...they still don't have my trasnscripts...so even if they have my results...they won't release them....at least that's how I understand it works...hang in there.

I have sympathy for you California folks! You would think they would change their format so you guys wouldn't have to suffer so much, waiting for your results. I mean at least make quick results available. Funny how California is liberal and ahead in some things, but behind in others.:uhoh3:

Until Ca change letting people sit the exam without a complete file nothing will change

Sorry, but for them to change, it would require that the new grads have their transcripts on file and the file reviewed first and CA permits them to test without that being done. And since they do not issue a license to a foreign grad, they are not going to do that either.

It is well known in CA about this, and it is the responsibility of the schools to get the transcripts in to them in a timely manner. But the students testing are also very aware of this up front as well.

And CA is a much larger state than all of the others, too.
