Does any one know how many students did Temple University Accerelated BSN program accept in Fall 2008?

Actually I had to reschedule my interview so I haven't had it yet. I am going on Feb. 12 which is next week. I am still wondering if it's a group interview since 1.5 hours seems like a long time to have a one on one interview. We'll see. Good luck with yours! I'll post next week about it.

I did have my interview today. I think it went well. It is a group interview. There were about 10 of us. We introduced ourselves to break the ice then we wrote an essay. Overall it was a good experience. Now I just hope to get in. We should know by late March. Good luck!

Can I ask what kind of essay it is ? You chose writing something you want to write or they gave the title of essay? Is it something like personal statement or anything else? I'm knid of weak in writing, so i'm very nervous about this. I hope to get some clues from you.

Have you seen my last post? I want to ask you about what kind of essay did you write? It's something like personal statement or they gave you the title of the eaasy? I'll have interview next week, so i hope to get some idea about essay. How did you prepare writing before you went for interview?

Sorry I didnt reply sooner. I have been really sick with the stomach flu. I'm sure by now you have had your interview and I hope it went well. I really like Temple's program but I have decided to go to instead. Temple won't make a decision until late March and I need to hold my spot at Drexel with a $500 deposit by March 20. I wish Temple could have been more flexible but they aren't budging so there program is out for me no matter what...Good luck

I only appllied Temple because I missed the deadline of other schools. I have to wait. I think Drexel is only 11 months and starts earlier than Temple. You made a right decision to choose Drexel.

You mentioned you really like Temple. Can I ask what's the reason for that? How is this program? They even don't post GPA requirement on their website. So I really don't know much about this program. I didn't get chance to ask them how many applications they got this year and how many they will accept when I went for interview.If you could please let me know.

Did you see the other post about Temple discontinuing their ABSN? I hadn't heard anything about that until I dropped by here....

Hello. I also applied and interviewed with Temple for the 15 month program. I actually called today and was told that I should receive my letter next week.

I am NERVOUS, to say the least. Good luck and I will keep you posted!

Congratulations! I am very happy for you. I have a P.O. Box and I didn't get to the Post Office before closing. I will check in the morning and I will let you know.
