How many RN's and Nursing students actually apply for CRNA school?

I am just curious, how many RN's and Nursing students actually apply for CRNA school and become CRNA's? What percentage? 1%? 2%? 5%?

On a side note, how many RN's and Nursing students apply for NP school and become NP's? What percentage?

Is there anywhere that posts actual statistics? If not, can anyone give a rough estimate?

About 2500 people take the CRNA certification exam for the first time every year. I don’t know how many apply and are never accepted. Many apply to multiple programs and there’s currently no way to track.
