Specializes in CCRN, CNRN, Flight Nurse.

Currently, have 2 guys as RNs on the unit - 1 is a charge nurse, the other is a recent. Have 5 male nurse techs in various levels of nursing school - one graduates in a few weeks. Most plan to stay when they graduate.
