It took me about 6 weeks to get my first job after I graduated from my PN program, most of that was eaten up by waiting to take the NCLEX and then waiting for my license to be approved. Assuming I get into the LPN-RN program for this fall, I'll hopefully become an RN next July or so, and just keep working in my current job, with a nice pay boost, until I find a good hospital job. Actually, I hope to continue my current job in a PT capacity, just because I like it so much.
