How long to get ATT in IL?

U.S.A. Illinois

Published

I found a couple of older threads (2002ish) asking this, but they didn't really have an actual answer.

I'll be applying from out of state (school in NY), and one of the hospitals that I'm applying to wants their new grads to have their ATT in hand before they start working. Our program doesn't finish until May 20 and they plan to start their new grads on June 20. If I submit my application ASAP after finishing the program, about how long should I expect to wait to receive my ATT?

For others reading/following this thread, here's my breakdown of dates.

Original Application: May 20 (date they received it)

Date of Notice of bad ED-NUR: June 6

Dale of new ED-NUR: June 17 (date they received it)

Date of ATT: June 23

It looks like if I had submitted the ED-NUR form correctly in the beginning, I would have had the ATT on June 6. That would have made it about 2.5 weeks.
