How is the job outlook for new grads in WA? Are nursing homes hiring?

I am just wondering if anybody is having success landing their first RN jobs. I will be graduating with my ADN at the end of April. Are nursing homes hiring? I wouldn't mind starting there, I actually enjoyed my clinicals in LTC. Thank you!

As far as hospitals, it's very difficult. It's even hard for BSNs which is what most hospitals are leaning toward these days. I know that nursing homes hire on an as needed basis. It just depends on the facility. Maybe try looking on indeed.com or Craigslist.

The SNF where I work has been hiring a ton of new grads. Most start as PRN, but then when PT/FT slots open up they can move in.
